    The Mid-Level Admin I shall serve The Navigators and fulfill the responsibilities listed below in the spirit of The Navigators calling, values and purpose:  To advance the Gospel of Jesus and His kingdom into the nations through spiritual generations of laborers living and discipling among the lost. 

     

    This position provides detailed support to the Mid-Level Department. As an administrator, responsible for providing consistent daily support to the Mid-Level HQ and offsite team members.

    Responsibilities

    ML Daily Workflow:

    • Utilize CRM, Mid-Level (“ML”) Portal and Microsoft Office to update donor data, enter donor commitments, build basic reports, generate commitment letters and enter credit card information.
    • Process daily and weekly reminder letters.
    • Prepare and submit monthly expense report.
    • Prepare and submit check requests.
    • Complete and submit invoices.
    • Assist Mid-Level Admin II with donor research as needed.

    Daily staff and donor interaction:

    • Assist ML reps with CRM needs, questions and basic training.
    • Utilize TeamViewer to remotely access and assist Mid-Level reps as needed.
    • Responsible for meeting set-up/take-down.
    • Collate data for bi-weekly ML payroll.
    • Prepare and assign Junior Mid-Level (“JML”) thank-you files.
    • Maintain, order, prepare and mail JML/ML supplies.
    • Refer unusual ML rep questions to ML Director.
    • Respond to donor comments and questions.
    • Back-up Donor Services team during busy seasons.

    Other essential duties:

    • Coordinate volunteers to help with special projects.
    • Run errands as needed to purchase food for meetings, supplies, postage, thank-you gifts and printed materials.
    • Perform other duties and help with special projects as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • Belief in and adherence to the Statement of Faith and Mission of The Navigators.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications preferred
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
    • Can readily learn and utilize new computer software
    • Creative, goal-oriented and solutions-minded
    • Reliable, trustworthy
