The Field Recruiting and Retention Partner shall serve The Navigators and fulfill the responsibilities listed below in the spirit of The Navigators calling, values and purpose: To advance the Gospel of Jesus and His kingdom into the nations through spiritual generations of laborers living and discipling among the lost.
This position is responsible for managing field staff recruitment across all missions. This will be achieved through building strong missional relationships, developing and implementing recruiting processes and managing the internal candidate pipeline. The Field Recruiting and Retention Partner plays a key role in engaging called, qualified and committed field staff within the Navigators while supporting retention efforts with current field staff.
