The Retirement Administrator shall serve and shall fulfill the responsibilities listed below in the spirit of The Navigators calling, values and purpose: To advance the Gospel of Jesus and His kingdom into the nations through spiritual generations of laborers living and discipling among the lost.
This position administers the internal policies and external legislative requirement that apply to employment, benefits, payroll and finances to meet the needs of Navigator employees, leadership and all staff.
This position is part of a Human Resources strategic focus to view every process and communication with the goal of improving the value of the employment experience which is measured in part by the annual employee engagement survey.
