    Part Time - Evenings and Saturdays

    The Junior Mid-Level Representative shall serve The Navigators and fulfill the responsibilities listed below in the spirit of The Navigators calling, values and purpose:  To advance the Gospel of Jesus and His kingdom into the nations through spiritual generations of laborers living and discipling among the lost.

     

    This position will cultivate giving relationships with Navigator donors that lead to long-term, ever-increasing financial support.    

    Responsibilities

    • Call JML donors to communicate ministry updates and funding needs                      (40%)
    • Write JML donors to communicate ministry updates and funding needs                  (10%)
    • Utilize TM Portal to record phone appeal results                                                                                (10%)
    • Utilize Clearview to research donor data, preferences, etc                                             (10%)
    • Compose and mail handwritten thank you notes, occasional cards (Easter/

    Christmas/ Birthday etc.) and communicate by phone to steward JML donor

    relationships                                                                                                                                      (20%)

    • Attend regularly scheduled meetings to enhance professional development         (5%)

     OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES               (5%)

     

    • Complete daily StratusTime entry                                                                                                            
    • Run and manage donor reports/spreadsheets
    • Complete JML daily activity spreadsheet
    • Utilize Outlook for email/calendar needs 

    Qualifications

    • Belief in and adherence to the Statement of Faith and Mission of The Navigators.
    • Be personally disciplined and goal-oriented 
    • Possess excellent verbal, written and electronic communication skills
    • Be able to work well independently
    • Possess a ministry mindset
    • Be an excellent time manager
    • Have willingness and ability to pray with donors
    • Have willingness and ability to present financial needs by phone
    • Have the ability to compose and mail daily donor notes

     

    Ministry fundraising and/or marketing experience preferred.
